About the role MCTechnology builds multi-agent AI products for SMBs across real estate, restaurants, home services, and recruiting. We have live clients, named prospects, and a founder who's currently the bottleneck on sales because he's also building the product. That's where you come in. You'll own top-of-funnel across all our verticals — running outbound, qualifying leads, booking demos, and partnering with the founder on deal strategy. This is a ground-floor sales role with real ownership and uncapped upside. What you'll do - Run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, cold calling) to Seattle-area SMBs — realtors, restaurant owners, electricians, plumbers, clinics - Qualify inbound leads from our products (MCT PathAI, Realty, Resto, SalesIQ) and book discovery calls - Build and maintain target account lists using our own MCT SalesIQ tool (yes, you'll dogfood it) - Run initial discovery calls, qualify pain, and hand off warm prospects to the founder for close - Own the CRM — Supabase-based prospects table — and keep it clean - Represent MCTechnology at Seattle events (Gruhapravesh Expo, AI Developers meetups, local Chamber events) - Feed product insights back to the team — what objections come up, what pricing works, what competitors people mention Tech stack you'll use MCT SalesIQ · Supabase CRM · LinkedIn Sales Navigator · Apollo or Hunter · Google Workspace · Claude for outreach drafting How to apply Send to connect@theteammc.com: 1. Minimum qualifications

• 1–3 years in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales — ideally B2B SaaS or agency
• Track record of booking meetings and hitting quota (bring numbers)
• Strong written communication — cold email that doesn't read like cold email
• Comfortable on the phone and on video calls
• Organized — will actually update the CRM without being asked
• Self-starter who thrives with minimal oversight and loves ownership
• Genuine curiosity about AI, automation, and small-business operations
• Nice to have: experience selling to SMBs (restaurants, realtors, home services, clinics)
• Nice to have: experience with Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar outbound tools
• Nice to have: Seattle-area network or local market knowledge
• Nice to have: bilingual (Spanish a plus for restaurant vertical)

Preferred qualifications

• Client-facing delivery and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery outcomes.
